Emergency
Scheduling Policies
1. Online scheduling request serves as a waitlist/standby list and your appointment will be assigned an arrival window which we will reach out to you to confirm.

2. A decision maker MUST BE PRESENT at the time of the plumber's arrival. Plumbers will not wait if no one answers the door. NO EXCEPTIONS!

3. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check & all major credit cards.
​
4. We do not warranty against acts of God. Standard warranty is for 1 year from installation unless otherwise specified on the invoice.

5. Prices start at $225 and up for freeze related breaks and are determined based on the scope of work. Once the plumber has completed an onsite assessment, a price quote will be presented for approval before work commences.
