IN ORDER TO JOIN THE WAITLIST: Please book the soonest appointment online EVEN IF IT IS MANY DAYS OR WEEKS OUT. Our plumbers are working long hours and we are moving up as many emergencies each day as we can. We will contact you directly to confirm your appointment time. Please be expecting a call/text from us within 24 hours (or less) from the time you schedule your appointment online.

Emergency
Scheduling Policies
1. Online scheduling serves as a waitlist/standby list and your appointment may be moved up.

2. A decision maker MUST BE PRESENT at the time of the plumber's arrival. Plumbers will not wait if no one answers the door. NO EXCEPTIONS!

3. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check & all major credit cards.
​
4. We do not warranty against acts of God. Standard warranty is for 1 year from installation unless otherwise specified on the invoice.
​
5. Prices start at $225 and up for freeze related breaks and are determined based on the scope of work. Once the plumber has completed an onsite assessment, a price quote will be presented for approval before work commences.
