Service/Repair Appointments:

 

Have a leak, a new fixture to install, another plumbing problem or service request?

Our $99 trip fee includes diagnosis of a plumbing problem that can be ascertained visually & without the use of plumber's tools/equipment. Additional charges apply for making access, troubleshooting or investigative digging.

 

The trip fee will be applied towards the cost of any service or repair completed on the same trip.

A plumber will provide an estimate for the repair(s)/installation(s) for approval before any work commences. Please be sure to have someone 18 years or older present at the time of the appointment. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check and all major credit cards. Third party financing options are available and subject to credit approval.

Landlords & Tenants:

Please note that a property owner must be present on-site at the time of the appointment. If the property owner is unable to attend, they must be available by phone to authorize any work. In such cases, payment for services will be collected in advance before any work begins. Failure to meet these conditions may result in rescheduling of the appointment or delays in service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Remodel & Re-pipe Bids

One free quotation will be provided for any full service bathroom remodel or whole home re-pipe project. For remodel quotations, we request that any party with questions or design ideas be present for the appointment. A detailed bid will be provided via email, typically within 2-weeks of your appointment date.
